I was on the phone with Tig yesterday and I heard some odd mewling in the background. “What’s that squeaking noise?” I asked. “Oh, we’re birthing puppies,” he replied.
Actually, I think their dog Nimby did most of the work. Puppies are indeed cute. Too bad they grow up to be dogs.

My cousin has dogs that look a lot like those, but I have a feeling they’re a slightly different breed. (Cousin’s dogs have shorter legs, but are the same color and have the same face.) Cute. I don’t like dogs too much, generally, but baby dogs are very cute.
